Does it seem like when ever you are a pedestrian cars never seem to care. Me and storai went running at like 11 and almost got hit 3 times. we were like deer in headlights. fuck that little white light up guy that is walking, people dont mind getting hit right?

thursday (today) probably my worst day of the week by far
first off i woke up after 5 hours of sleep to drive tim to an appointment... and it turned out he had a car.
so i woke up for nothing.
i was supposed to go to the mall to help aryel pick out a shirtish funeralish thing. but then she calls me and basically tells me it would be pointless to come... but i didnt wake up for nothing the second time so i went... maybe i should have taken her advice.
on the way there i ran into the back of a semi
all because my brakes are horrid.
who cares though, not me actually
got to her house, reclined my chair and opened my window to sleep
we are driving down schonheer and a sprinkler shoots into the window spraying me in the face.
to top it off we were rushed, and she never found a shirt.
gas is $2.35... good time to get your liscense ryan.
went to work exhuasted 2-630 gave a customer wrong change, and tipped over a suace bucket, making sauce go everywhere.
then i had to go running at 7
that was a laugh, two people were there me and kyle tecson... ohh and sonny but does he really count?
so naturally i ran on my own... yet again, seems to be the theme this summer sept when jake or best are there.
ohh you know im bored when i ran more miles in the past 4 days (41) than most people will ever run in their life.
im doing this celibacy thing im on day 9 out of 30.
so right now im slightly pissed off slightly horny
and part tired

so basically this whole post is saying fuck this day mainly because im tired
and to top of this day i'm not invited to my brother's 21st birthday party... pisses me off the most

heres to the 2012 olympics thanks for dropping baseball and softball, what dumb people
maybe i can make an appearance in the marathon? i'll be 24 by then?

40:11 10k
24:55 5k (which was about an hour after i ran the 10k)

i was doing fairly well in the 10k, finsihing my first 5k in 19:20 or about 6:15 a mile.
my legs cramped up, and i strained my calves coming down a hill with 2k left. so i kind of just cruised it in... very disappointing, i have never been under 40 minutes for the 10k. at the pace i was going i would have had a chance at finishing under 39.
still i got top 50 overall(48), and i believe 8th in my age division out of 30ish people.
and would have came in 4th in the 5k for my age division had i actually raced it.

pokagon went good.
my parents werent there for the first day and a half so me, my sis, and cousin partied it up til about 5 in the morning.
the next day was rather boring... it is hard to think of things to do when you have a 9 year old following you around.
then we kind of ran away from her and played extreme ping pong. 4 people one table two balls. madness i tell you.
usually we meet people up there and kind of hang out with them... but there was noone good.

theres my weekend.
its almost been a week since i started my little vow or whatever the hell you want to call it.

i think today
was by far my best day of the summer yet.
i was supposed to wake up at 645 for softball
but i hit the snooze button
then at 710 aryel calls me and tells me that she wasnt supposed to go in at all today
which is dumb, and her boss is dumb and she deserves a raise.
then i called jake to see if he wanted to go still, and he said not really saw i put my alarm on for 930
which i hit the snooze button again... and woke up at like 955 for 10 o clock cross practice.
i picked up jake
and we arrived 15 minutes late for practice.
schultz didnt mind though cause i mean how can he punish his best two runners?
and plus he slept in anyway...
great practice, one of the best of my life, i was able to show-off my endurance/speed skillz. yes skillz.
came home and went to quiznos with my sis. we had a good talk, about a lot of stuff. it was awesome.
watched a movie with her, all the way through actually without falling asleep.
had work, it was slow so i made myself a sub when know one was watching.two subs in one day is almost sub heaven.
then i got off early.
hung out with aryel for awhile. went to get ice cream, then the bank, and then we went crazy in the playground at warren woods? elem. they have more stuff then burr ever had.
came back and hung out with spinner... the spider in her computer room, and laid around for a little just talking and laughing. She is one of the most amazing girls i have ever met. i had a wonderful time
came home around 11, and tim texts me... i totally forgot i promised him a run after i got off work. so i go over to his house, and him, ryan and I go for a nice twenty minutes run. we talked and had fun. then after we watched the andy milonakis show. it is so funny, in the dumbest way.

now im home

went to holland's egg with aryel and lisa, it's a coffee shop (what a weird name), then went back to her house and we all were just being so rude to each other. first aryel got a call then lisa, then aryel again, then me finally. that was how it went.

and then i called sami ray
he was suprised.

i am very excited!
i got my new membership for lifetime fitness
which i paid for, expensive but it is a feeling of accomplishment that i don't have to lean on my parents.
there is so much stuff there
besides the fitness level, basically all the shit we have in the fitnees room at stevenson, except no waiting for any machines ever.
they have classes that are free with the membership that i can go to and I am instructed by the instructor.
very exciting
they also have basketball courts there, which i saw eddie hegedus and his gang at.
they have raquetball and squah courts, ive always been interested in raquetball.
they have rock climbing
and of course an indoor and outdoor pool.

ohh yea, and i have 5 free consultations with personal trainers, to evaluate my fitness levels and stuff.
its nice.
expensive, but nice

and another thing, with my membership i get two vip passes for any of my friends during each month.
kinda cool.

just another reason for me to stay at home for college.
which my mom is really pressuring me to do.

hopefully i can overcome all the shit i have had going on with my body the past two three years, and actually break out in cross country, and track this year.
